WeightTrack (the "App") is provided by Qunovix Technologies ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
The App may store the following information on your device:
This information remains on your device unless you export, back up, share, or otherwise transmit it using a feature you select.
If you choose the health-import feature, WeightTrack requests permission to read body-weight samples from Android Health Connect or Apple HealthKit. The App reads the latest available weight sample from a limited recent period and saves the imported value as a local WeightTrack record. WeightTrack does not write data back to those services and does not use health data for advertising.
Health access is optional. You can deny or revoke it in your device settings. Data obtained from Health Connect or HealthKit is used only to provide the health-import and weight-tracking features you request and is not sold or shared with advertising providers.
You can create and share CSV exports or JSON backups. These files may contain profile details, weight records, dates, notes, settings, and local photo-path references. JSON backups do not include the photo files themselves. Files are created only when you request them and are sent to the location or app you choose through your device's sharing or file interface.
You are responsible for protecting exported files and for deleting copies from email, cloud storage, messaging apps, or other destinations when they are no longer needed.
The free version may display banner and interstitial advertisements using Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google and its advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, device and app information, consent signals, ad impressions and interactions, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention signals. WeightTrack does not send your entered weight, profile, notes, progress photos, or imported health records to AdMob for ad targeting.
Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform requests advertising privacy choices before the App requests ads. If a privacy-options entry is required, it appears in Settings so you can review or change those choices. Depending on your region and choices, Google may serve personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads.

WeightTrack uses Firebase Analytics to understand general App usage and Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes, non-fatal errors, and application-not-responding events. These services may process a Firebase installation identifier, app instance and session information, App version, screen or route activity, device model, operating-system version, language, broad geographic information, timestamps, crash state, stack traces, and related technical diagnostics. Google may also associate Analytics data with advertising identifiers where permitted by your device settings, region, and consent choices.
We do not deliberately log profile names, entered weights, goals, notes, progress photos, Health Connect or HealthKit records, or backup contents as Firebase Analytics events, user properties, Crashlytics custom keys, or Crashlytics logs. Firebase reporting is disabled in developer debug builds and enabled in production Android releases. The information is used to measure feature and screen usage, maintain App stability, investigate failures, prevent abuse, and improve WeightTrack. It is not used by us to provide medical advice or build a health profile about you.
Google acts as a service provider for these Firebase features and may process information on servers outside your country. Learn more from Privacy and Security in Firebase, How Google uses information from apps that use its services, and Google's Privacy Policy.
WeightTrack offers a one-time, non-consumable Remove Ads product through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes the transaction and payment method. We do not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details.
The App receives product information, localized price, purchase status, purchase token or verification data, and restoration results needed to start, verify, acknowledge, restore, and deliver the ad-free entitlement. A local entitlement flag is stored after a successful or restored purchase. Google processes purchase information under the Google Privacy Policy and Google Play Terms of Service.
Depending on the features you use, WeightTrack may request:
You can manage permissions in device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
Information is used to:
We do not sell your locally stored weight or health information. Information may be processed by:
Local data remains until you delete records or profiles, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App. Progress-photo files may need to be removed separately if a copy exists outside the App. Exported files remain in the destination you selected until you delete them.
Purchase and transaction records are retained by Google Play according to Google's policies and legal obligations. Uninstalling the App does not cancel, refund, or erase a Google Play order. A valid Remove Ads purchase can be restored using the Google Play account that owns it.
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics information is retained according to our Firebase project settings and Google's applicable retention practices. Clearing App data or uninstalling WeightTrack resets or removes local identifiers on your device but may not immediately delete information already retained by Google. You may contact us to request assistance with applicable data rights; because WeightTrack has no user account, we may not be able to connect a Firebase installation identifier to a specific person without information from that device.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to a local-first app, but no device, network, file, or software system is completely secure. Protect your device with a screen lock, keep the operating system updated, and store exports or backups securely.
WeightTrack is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should supervise any minor's use and decide whether health, photo, reminder, advertising, and purchase features are appropriate. Do not allow a child to make a purchase without authorization from the Google Play account holder.
You can edit or delete local records, remove profiles, revoke permissions, turn reminders off, change advertising privacy choices where available, purchase Remove Ads, clear App data, or uninstall the App. Depending on your location, you may also have legal rights concerning personal information processed by us or third parties. Contact us to make a request; for information controlled by Google, use Google's privacy and account tools.
Google and other device or platform providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their policies describe the safeguards they use for international transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to WeightTrack, third-party services, laws, or platform requirements. The current version will show its latest revision date.
